Grace Michaelson

Grace Michaelson is an attorney at Michaelson Law, with a focus on business and corporate law, estate planning, and asset protection.

Before becoming an attorney, Grace spent three years as the Marketing Director at Michaelson Law. Prior to joining the firm, Grace worked at MGM Resorts International, where she helped secure sponsorship deals for the Las Vegas Aces and the 28+ properties in the MGM portfolio.

Grace earned her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. While in law school, she held leadership positions with the Student Bar Association, served as a Senior Staffer on the Nevada Law Journal, and gained legal experience through an externship with UFC and a semester working in public affairs during Nevada’s 83rd Legislative Session. She also studied comparative gaming law in Singapore, Macau, and Tokyo.

Grace graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and an emphasis in Public Relations. While there, she led the university’s PRSSA chapter as President, served on the USUSA President’s Cabinet, and completed a sports marketing internship with the Utah State Athletics Department.

Grace was raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Del Sol High School. She enjoys reading, Pilates, Korean food, and making the occasional TikTok.
