Natalie Burns is an associate attorney at Michaelson Law. She is a native to Las Vegas and a cum laude graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Psychology.

She received her law degree at the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School in Provo, Utah.

Prior to Michaelson Law, Natalie worked in the areas of criminal defense and social security disability law, but she quickly found her passion in estate planning when she joined Michaelson Law in 2015.

Natalie lost her mother to dementia, whom she cared for as caregiver for many years before her mother’s passing in 2022.  She understands the challenges of caring for a loved one with cognitive issues and uses her personal experience to better empathize and service her clients during the challenges that arise from illness, disability, or death.   She is a true counselor at law and enjoys helping individuals and families plan and prepare for the eventualities of life.

Natalie’s current practice areas include basic and advanced estate planning, asset protection, trust administration, and probate.  Natalie is accredited with the US Department of Veterans Affairs to represent claimants on their pension benefit claim.  She is licensed in both Nevada and Utah.

Natalie is married and has three beautiful daughters.  She serves in her church’s woman’s organization.  She enjoys cooking and baking, dancing, music, biking, and all things Disney.
