Estate Planning, and Asset Protection Attorney

(3 + Years Experience)

Salary (Competitive Starting Salary DOE & Bonus Opportunities)

Day-to-day activities include:

Estate planning and asset protection transactions, including:

  • Developing and implementing customized estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives) solutions for medium to higher net worth clients.
  • Drafting and implementing complex irrevocable trusts and trust/business systems for tax planning and asset protection purposes.
  • Advising on tax related matters.
  • Advising on and facilitating trust and estate administration matters, including probate, tax related matters, and asset distributions.

What we would like you to bring to the team…

  • J.D. degree from accredited law school
  • At least three (3) years of legal experience providing business, estate planning, and asset protection services
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Business Law Attorney

(3 + Years Experience)

Salary (Competitive Starting Salary DOE & Bonus Opportunities)

Day-to-day activities include:

Business Transactional Law and Business Litigation

  • Providing advisory services associated with entity selection and structuring, tax matters, employment matters, and client requirements.
  • Assisting clients with acquisitions and/or sales of businesses and/or assets as well as succession planning.
  • Securing and maintaining regulatory approvals as well as ensuring compliance.
  • Preparing and negotiating legal documents that arise from business transactions, inclusive of the following:
  • Employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, service agreements, and joint venture agreements; and
  • Business-related contracts such as buy/sell agreements, stockholder agreements, and management agreements.
  • Assisting clients with the negotiation, structuring, vetting, and facilitation of real estate transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases.

What we would like you to bring to the team…

  • J.D. degree from accredited law school
  • At least three (3) years of legal experience providing business, estate planning, and asset protection services

Paralegal

(5+ Years Experience)

Salary (Competitive Starting Salary DOE & Bonus Opportunities)

Day-to-day activities include:

Paralegal tasks:

  • Support 1-2 attorneys in all stages of casework.
  • Oversee organization and maintenance of all case related documents. 
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records daily.
  • Assist in the discovery process and legal research.
  • Prepare for depositions.
  • Assist with document reviews and document creation.
  • Review and summarize documents and deposition transcripts.
  • Assemble motion papers & exhibits, coordinate filings of pleadings and briefs.
  • Draft common pleadings, motions, notices and other court filings.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and sate rules of procedure.
  • Assist with trial preparations. 
  • Manage document deliveries and execution.
  • Assist with additional work overflow as requested. 
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Paralegal Certification
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and billing requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate well in a team.
