THEY ARE FANTASTIC
Was referred to this firm and happy I was. [They were] able to answer all my questions regarding probate, guardianship, trusts, and anything else regarding the estate process. This firm also has another location in Summerlin. Their fees are not unreasonable but standard for Guardianship filings. I would definitely recommend this firm. They are fantastic.

EVERYONE WE WORKED WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL, COMMUNICATIVE, AND FRIENDLY
Going through the process of setting up estate documents can be complicated and a bit overwhelming. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff here. Everyone we worked with was professional, communicative, and friendly. We worked primarily with John Michaelson and Stacy Howlett. Both spent more than and hour and a half with is for each of the three office visits we had. Both were patient in explaining the multiple processes such as a revocable trust, wills, medical power of attorney, etc. Their fees aren’t unreasonable, but not cheap by my standards. Good legal representation costs money, that’s just a fact. I would highly recommend John and Stacy to anyone dealing with any estate issue, whether for yourself or a loved one.
